COACH JORDEN O'NEAL

Hello Track Athletes,

I am the Head Coach, Jorden O'Neal, a Long Jumper and Sprinter. I have developed this Track Club because I love to help the youth develop their athletic abilities. At The Track Club focusses on form development, sprint mechanics, jump training, strength & conditioning, mobility,  and endurance training! We are hosting the first ever Track & Field Summer Camp starting June 21, 2021 to August 18th, 2021. We have a max of 20 athletes per age group.
